I used the appt scheduler online. I expected this to be an automated process, but it merely just sends a request for an appt to the shop, which needs to be returned. I did not get a reply first thing Monday so I called about an hour after the shop opened. The associate that helped was very nice and was able to provide me with an appt a little later that morning. Very friendly staff, however I didnt expect to wait as long as I did. I'm guessing I waited longer than normal because the associate was squeezing me in, but had I known it was going to be that long, I probably would have dropped the car off and picked it up after it was done. Not a huge deal, but this is the reason for my rating.

I always get my cars fluids checked before winter and summer. I was able to drop the car off the night before then do household errands while it was taken care of.

the manager and staff were very friendly and made me comfortable. they showed me what needed repair. i had received an estimate at AAA and the guys at midas couldn't believe it. AAA lied about what needed to be done and the estimate was 3 times midas. they made me aware of more things that werent in top shape but could wait. AAA made it sound like i'd be in an accident if i didnt fix a bunch of stuff that didnt need fixing. i just found the people at midas to be very professional and i didnt doubt any repair they said i needed. I am extremely satisfied and will highly recommend them to others

This Midas is close to home, so it's easier than going to the dealer for us, especially if we are dropping off the car and picking it up again later. Evan and Andrew are thorough and clear about what the car needs and do not try to "oversell" services. I feel they are reputable and honest.

We began using Midas because of an emergency situation, The work was excellent and the staff was helpful and provided excellent guidance. Now 5 years later we use them for just about everything. We've built a nice relationship with the team and feel comfortable we can trust them with all of our vehicles.

They were able to get my brakes done in a very timely fashion and with no issues. I originally took my car to a different service shop and they were not able to get the brakes in to fix my car.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day when I called. I was able to wait for my car, which other providers stated the wait would be 4 to 5 hours due to staff shortages. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They took my vehicle into the shop and service began at the time my appointment was scheduled. My wait was less than an hour. I used the customer rest room while waiting and was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the rest room (I've seen rest rooms at medical facilities that were not that clean). Overall, I was impressed and very happy with the entire process. This facility will definitely be my go-to station, not only for oil change and tire services, but I will be using this facility for all of my future service needs. Kudos to the entire staff.

Brought it for an oil change, picked it up with warning lights on saying I need brakes and they could not reset unless I got new brakes.. Left there brought to ASC Auto Repairs who put it on his computer and cleared the bogus warning lights. Plus they over charged me. Plus they advertise oil change for $49.00, I paid $120.00 Wont be going to Midas anymore.
